How far in advance should we book?+
For full planning, 9–12 months out is ideal — especially for destination weddings. Day-of coordination can be booked as late as 6–8 weeks before your date, availability permitting.
Do you travel for destination weddings?+
Yes — we plan and coordinate worldwide. Travel and accommodation for on-site work is quoted separately based on location.
What's the difference between Full and Partial Planning?+
Full Planning starts from scratch — we help you choose your venue and every vendor. Partial Planning is for couples who've already booked key vendors and need help finishing the vision and running the logistics.
Can we add extra hours to Day-Of Coordination?+
Yes — additional coordination hours, extra meetings, and add-on services (like vendor management or design support) can be added to any DIY kit tier.
Do the DIY Kits work for destination weddings?+
Yes — we offer a destination-specific version of each kit tier with guidance tailored to planning from a distance (customs, vendor coordination abroad, travel logistics for guests).
