- 1) Send the form below with the tier you want and your date. 2) We reply within one business day with checkout details. 3) The kit is delivered digitally right after payment. 4) For Assist and Coordinator tiers you get a link to book your first call.
- What are the deposits and payment terms?
- The Ivory Guide is $295 paid in full. Guide + Assist is $795, or two payments of $400. Guide + Coordinator is $1,895 with a $500 deposit to hold your date and the balance due 30 days before the wedding.
- How do we schedule our planning calls?
- After purchase you receive a booking link and choose your own times. Calls run Monday through Friday and select Saturdays, by video or phone. Unused calls stay available until your wedding week.
- What happens after we send a request?
- You see a confirmation on screen and get an email within one business day with pricing, availability for coordination tiers, and next steps. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
- Can we upgrade tiers later?
- Yes. Whatever you have already paid is credited in full toward the higher tier, as long as your date is still open.
- What is a DIY wedding planning kit?
- It is the planner's toolkit without the planner's retainer: a master checklist and timeline, budget tracker, vendor questionnaire and comparison sheets, seating and floor-plan tools, and day-of schedule templates you fill in yourself.
- How much do the kits cost?
- The Ivory Guide is $295, The Ivory Guide + Assist is $795 and includes live planning calls, and The Ivory Guide + Coordinator is $1,895 and adds a coordinator for the wedding day itself.
- Which tier should I choose?
- Choose the base Guide if you are organized and only need structure. Choose + Assist if you want a professional to sanity-check your budget and vendor picks. Choose + Coordinator if you want to be a guest at your own wedding.
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. Whatever you have already paid for a lower tier is credited toward the next one, and toward a full coordination package if you decide you want more help.
- Do the kits work for a destination or backyard wedding?
- They do. The templates are venue-agnostic and include sections for travel days, rental properties and Airbnb or villa weddings where you are effectively building the venue from scratch.
